Bramham 0 Thirsk 3

Bramham had 3 new signings on show today with John Crawley Gavin Evans and the promising youngster Toby Strangeways all recruited during the week

With Jonny Walton and Andy Linyard absent Crawley and Evans took up midfield roles and Steve Davis reverted to a defensive role.

There was little between the teams in the first half and Bramham were dissapointed to turn around a goal down when a long range drive following a corner avoided a crowd of players in the box and nestled in the net.

Barry Dodsworth replaced Jason Wright at half time and whilt Thirsk carried the greater threat Bramham were never really out of this game until the visitors struck twice in the last ten minutes to secure the points.

The margin of Thirsk win was  harsh on a Bramham side who battle all afternoon but just lacked a cutting edge
